Her Soft Era

Menopause and mental health support that

feels like clarity, not chaos.

Her Soft Era is a community and learning space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, especially Black and brown women who are tired of being dismissed.

This is evidence-informed guidance with a softer pace.

If you’ve been feeling like “something is off”…

You’re not lazy. You’re not losing your mind. You’re not “too sensitive.”
You may be dealing with the mental and emotional effects of hormonal change, chronic stress, and nervous system overload.

  • Brain fog and forgetfulness

  • Mood swings, irritability, or sudden tears

  • Anxiety that feels louder than usual

  • Sleep that disappears or stops being restorative

  • Overwhelm, low motivation, or feeling emotionally flat

  • Feeling unlike yourself

  • Burnout from carrying too much for too long

You deserve support that fits this season.

What is Her Soft Era?

Clarity: understand what’s happening in your brain and body

Tools: simple, doable strategies for mood, sleep, and focus

Community: support from women who get it

Inside Her Soft Era

A softer pace, but still structured enough to help you feel steady.

  • Mini lessons on menopause + mental health (clear and digestible)

  • Practical tools for brain fog, mood shifts, and sleep support

  • Weekly reflection prompts and check-ins

  • Community conversations (no performative positivity)

  • Live or recorded sessions (monthly or seasonal, based on your capacity)

  • Gentle routines you can actually keep

Who this is for:

This is for women who want support, education, and community while navigating midlife changes. You don’t have to be “crashing out” to belong here. If you’re noticing shifts and want clarity, you’re welcome.

What this is not:

Her Soft Era is educational and community-based. It does not provide psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
